About this tool
Borders solve a quiet, common problem: images with white or very light edges dissolve into white pages. A screenshot on a white blog post, a product photo on a white listing, a scanned document in an email; a thin border gives each of them a visible edge. Thicker borders go the other way, framing a photo like a print.
This tool draws the border around your image with any color from a full color wheel, at any thickness, and can round the corners of both the image and the frame; from a subtle 4-pixel radius that softens a screenshot to fully pill-shaped.
How to use it

Tips
- For screenshots in documents or posts, a 1–3 pixel light-gray border is invisible until it's needed; it just stops the screenshot bleeding into the page.
- Rounded corners produce transparent notches at the corners; download PNG or WebP if the image will sit on a colored background; JPG fills those notches with white.
